Live at Sir George Williams University is a live album by Dave Van Ronk, re-released in 1997. What about their styles is dissimilar? I am their age at the time of this recording and am just learning music theory.

Frank is an enigma in the history of rock and roll. Once the internet came out guitarists had 10 times the weapons to learn and execute. But the greatest stuff is applied thru trial and error. Back then in order to be great you had to plug into something. And Frank way out in Montreal? C'mon, he was in his own world. There will never be another like him. Glad to have seen him 6 times.

My dear friend! Another jewel of creation from your hand, heart and ear.... Always a pleasure to anticipate and hear your next work. I actually hear some of Dudley Moore there within the style and harmony. Please take that as a compliment. Beautiful sound capture and were there seven microphones? My hat is off to your sound and video engineer. There is a history in my family that includes the Gnessin Conservatory and some wonderful earlier history of it. Looking forward to our next conversation. Josef

I was at this concert, had dreamed all my life of watching them share a stage. I can’t describe the feeling when they wheeled out the second piano and Oliver Jones walked out. Tears of joy seeing it all again. I’ve just come back from a concert celebrating Oliver Jones’s 90th birthday, he is a wonderful man. Thank you for posting this historic video.
