I flinch a lot because I was hit in the face with a ball in kindergarten and now I’m terrified of being hit in the face with anything .For example I was in fifth grade and one of my best friends was trying to show me a drink that she had and she always made a little fast movements and I thought she was going to throw it at me but she didn’t so moral of the story when a little accident can lead to anything.

The reason why could be trauma , Commonly scenarios that are similar to what was traumatic can subconsciously cause you to feel nervous thus the stomach flipping
