That one pan of paint looks very suspicious. 🤔

Which pan of paint? I’m not sure what you mean 🧐

@@darladear27 At 3:29 from top to bottom 3rd row, from left to right 4th pan looks like it was already used.

@@moma-b Ohh, the gold metallic color! Yeah, it came cracked and bumpy like that - I'm assuming it's because the metallic is a different formula than the regular colors, but not sure. It works great either way! :)

I enjoyed watching this video❣️Truly inspiring!! I wanna ask you what paint that you used in the beginning? Btw I loved the pink flower in center 🌸💛

Thank you so much Rina! It really means a lot that you watched the video. 💖 In the beginning I was using colors from a Gansai watercolor set called “Autumn” that I bought from Choosing Keeping, and lightening some of them with white gouache. Does that answer your question? My husband said he liked the flower too! Art is so subjective ☺️ Here’s a link to that watercolor set: choosingkeeping.com/collections/painting/products/japanese-seasons-watercolour-set-autumn

How do you find the ink studio inks?
@darladear273 жыл бұрын
I'm not sure I like using them as a watercolor paint, because they dried with a darker ring around the edges - I think they're designed more to be used with fountain pens. But for sketchbook work they're great for anything!

@@darladear27 I kind of like the haloing :)) but I think it lends itself to certain illustrative styles. Have you tried feathering in water? That can soften edges
@darladear273 жыл бұрын
@@PenFriends That's a good point! I didn't try that yet because I was aiming for a hard edge but I'll play around some more. :)
@PenFriends3 жыл бұрын
@@darladear27 what I tend to do is ink a section and the draw out with the brush with a little water. You can still get hard edges :)
@darladear273 жыл бұрын
@@PenFriends Oh that makes total sense! Thank you, I'll try that next time. :)
