TIP: one has to allow it download when first opening Rufus. I had not, at first :-) Tried Deleting Rufus's files, tried again, & once I did, it listed W10 or 11 as an OS. dang, I was hoping to relive my W7 days! Why not? :-) Just...when it asks to download, simply "allow" it. easy peasy!

This dude has the best step by step guide. I found out that is does not work on a PNY 3.2 64gb flash drive though. It runs into problems on every setup u try. Using SanDisk flash drives. This works like a charm every time
