Looked like the fill flash didn’t fire a few times

Definitely did. Doesn't show up in video due to slower Frame rate

Hi can you use the standard v1 battery with the Pro ? Thanks
@AshvirMaharajPhotoАй бұрын
You can, works fine but doesn't support the faster recycle time of the new battery. It's not a huge difference, but if you need a backup battery, then it definitely works

Thank Ashvir for this INFORMATIVE video. What I like the most is your DEMONSTRATION of its use in both the studio & outdoors. I wish there were some mention about its disadvantages. In reality, nothing is perfect.
@AshvirMaharajPhotoАй бұрын
Thank you so much. Yes, it's always nice to have some disadvantages as well as spending money requires decisions. I've used this and the Zhiyun Molus X100 and they both are very similar. The Godox at half the price offers better value for creators plus the Zhiyun battery is just useless. If I had to think of a disadvantage of these smaller lights I would only really think about build quality. It's not meant for heavy work like the bigger Litemons so you have to be more gentle with it. Performance wise, they get the job done

Thank you for providing a detailed review. Do you know, or can verify please, how is the light behaviour when power is cut and back? For example if I turn it on, unplug it from electricity and then plug it back in, would it stay on? Or do I need to reach and turn it on again from the device or the app?
@AshvirMaharajPhotoАй бұрын
Thank you so much. Just tested this out for you, and it seems to go off completely even when using power bank, and you need to switch it on again. It remembers the power level and colour's temperature but goes completely off.

@roncemine49482 ай бұрын
if using powerbank mode it can do 100% power as well? just like na using AC power.
@AshvirMaharajPhoto2 ай бұрын
I've only seen a few tests, but they all cut off at 80% or 100w max with type c. One guy was using a 200w power bank, so I assume 100w is the max to protect the usb port

Why nobody compare ml100bi vs ml60bi ii?
@AshvirMaharajPhoto2 ай бұрын
I only played with the ML60ii Bi for a few minutes at a store, but I'll try to get my hands on one soon to compare it. It's an amazing 70w light if 70w is all the power you would need. Besides the power output and design, it's basically the same features and FX modes as ML100BI. The ML100BI offers type C power for PD powerbanks, whereas the ML60ii doesn't. Plus, 120w just gives you more to work with at shoots, so those are the only major differences.

What is the price
@AshvirMaharajPhoto2 ай бұрын
Depending on where you are located roughly the equivalent of $199 for just the light and $250 for the kits

Really comprehensive, thank you! Looks like a great option for wedding videographers.
@AshvirMaharajPhoto2 ай бұрын
Indeed , for the price, having 2-3 of these placed around key parts of a wedding works for both videographers and the photographers too. No more constant flashes showing up in video. Huge benefit for detail shots as well

For half the price of the 70-200 (when on special) it does an amazing job. The S lenses are generally much sharper end to end and have better glass coatings and overall features with faster focus but if you don't need a 9/10 or 10/10 lens for portraits/weddings etc then the 70-180 is amazing to fill in that range and money can be used on an additional lens or towards other gear. I use this mainly for shooting events/motorsport/travel and it gets the job done perfectly. Files are clean, sharp, no chromatic abberations or distrortions. Works well even for video. Unlike the cheaper zoom lenses for F-Mount in the past the Z Mount lenses are really great optically. It is only 800grams so it is easy to carry around all day as well. If the 70-200 gets a 9/10 in overall quality, then this lens comes in at a 7/10. Loses points mainly for no buttons, no lens tripod mount, no stabilization but overall, a solid workhorse for events, sport and travel.

Thank you for the video. Question: I've been looking high and low for an external monitor that jas "touch focus." Please, does this monitor have touch focus !?!?!?!
@AshvirMaharajPhoto4 ай бұрын
Hey man, I've never been able to test the focus on the monitor as I didn't have a camera control cable on my test unit. As far as I know, it doesn't have touch focus , has normal auto focus, and manual focus when using the camera control cable but no touch focus.

can i change the trigger button from GO to L (lock) mode??? you know , when i shoot at PH mode i want for few seconds to lock at something by pressing the trigger and after releasing it i like to continue the shoot at PF again.
@AshvirMaharajPhoto5 ай бұрын
When I tested it , you can one tap the trigger to switch between PF and L, but when you press down on the trigger, it still is on GO . Haven't seen any option to change it, but I will check if it can be changed via the app and let you know . The one tap does what you're referring too but the press and release as per GO mode would be easier to not forget

It was definitely firing. The problem was that the camera shutter was too low, so it wasn't picking up a few of the flashes on the video.
