Thanks! When you run the tensioner out you just give it a little extra oomph at the end and it locks itself in place. Once the tensioner is fully bolted back in place you just crack it loose a hair and it will unwind itself to the correct tension 👍🏼

That’s the Tusk lockout tool, it’s basically a threaded plug with a plastic bottom that threads in place of the spark plug, they are $8 on Rockymountainatvmc.com

@@CA_Powersportshow long did you leave it on there before you washed it off and what was the finishing steps to get it off after this

@@durtysouthkustomz8862 I left it for about ten minutes, once all the big stuff was off I used a plastic paint scraper, then on some of the more stubborn stuff I used steel wool, finished it off with like a 2000 grit sandpaper and some plastic polish 👍🏼

We’ve use Prismatic Powders for the power and have a local guy do all the application and baking for us!
