if you can weld a little bit you could just take it down and weld it back on.

The ESIM isnt always the go to fix for the code. You might also have a bad purge solenoid. A bad charcoal canister, A line thats gone bad as far as cracks. This is why its important to look at the hoses and lines to see that they are all ok. Also on top of the gas tank you have a plastic nipple that comes out from the top and the line thats connected to it over time could break that nipple off. The plastic is brittle.

When re-installing the manifold with the new gasket, don't forget to re-connect that small diameter vacuum hose that connects to the backside of the manifold (it goes to the brake booster). So many people miss this hose and forget to re-connect it to the manifold.

I just picked up mine from the shop doesn’t have any codes but when you stop completely it tries to turn off then accelerates a bit to stay on. The mechanic found the main engine wiring burned and just installed a new set. The 2012 T &C is running close to 500 rpm’s. The fuel pump is working fine not sure what to look for.

Dont you love the videos that you dont know if it fixed the problem.Kind of useless,02 code throw in a sensor,install is the easy part.

Its better to leave the throttle body on and pull the coolant lines off, and just pinch the lines off so you don't make a mess. Pulling the throttle body means you will need to also buy a throttle body gasket, when they don't really go bad often on these motors and would prob last forever if left alone and connected to the manifold.

They don't seem to have the same part any longer, try doing a search on their website show no item listed

Happy I found this video. My 2010 Grand Caravan has had the P0456 trouble code for a couple years. New gas cap didn't help. This video helped me replace the ESIM in a 1/2 hour. Great job.

Thanks for the steps, I was able to fix my Corolla in the same way. Easy-Peasy with your steps. Saved $$$$$$ with the mufflerman.
