Whats the difference between self esteem then this? To have self esteem enables all of these factors so it really just falls under that category 🤦♂️
@adam.o81832 жыл бұрын
you really are special, they are two separate things. Think of a physically disabled person. This person may have high self esteem ( how they view themselves) ,but low self agency ( the ability to act on that belief) they may need assistance to perform that action.
@Fukutoo2 жыл бұрын
@@adam.o8183 you see adam we have another word for that called assistance, you claiming self agency gives you the ability to act on belief when self esteem literally by definition gives you the feeling of motivation to believe you have the ability to act

@@Fukutoo You clearly have your definitions confused. Go back to philosophy 101 and try again.

@@adam.o8183 rather be in philosophy 101 then believing that self agency isn’t self of esteem🤷♂️ sorry snowflake ❄️

I totally agree with you. When I stopped worrying and started thinking positively about my future I saw many different ways I could choose .... I've updated my priorities and made big changes in my life. It's always a matter of thoughts and beliefs in my opinion

thank you! wish you were my manager. this passive aggressive behavior at work is insufferable. when I talk with my manager about it, she denies it and just wants everyone to get along. ugh.
