Masjid Quba ialah MASJID PERTAMA yang dibangunkan oleh Rasulullah SAW. Dari Sahl bin Hunaif bahawa Rasulullah SAW bersabda: Barangsiapa telah bersuci (mengambil wuduk) di rumahnya, dengan sebaik-baik wuduk, kemudian mendatangi Masjid Quba’ lalu solat di dalamnya dua rakaat, maka baginya sama dengan pahala umrah. (HR Ibn Majah)
