She looks regular to me. I think it's the make-up and light reflection. She looks just a shade lighter than the band, as well she should. If she is very dark, it's harder for the audience to see her facial expressions. It's great to have dark skin, naturally, but not to the point that the audience can't see her. I'm sure she hasn't changed her skin color. No matter what tint she has, she is the greatest singer of all-time.

This is all lighting. She has actually never been that dark. Summer month photos of her younger she was obviously darker, also poor health for black people also equals darker skin due to body pollution. She is a natural healthy medium brown skin.
