Interesting. This resolves the issue of wanting more power with the turbocharged ICE. Recently we purchased a Corolla SE AWD hybrid which admittedly is no power house, but it is super smooth and efficient (45 MPG typical). We sold an Audi A3 Quattro which was much more powerful, but where to use that power? Just one place given today's traffic and speeds, the freeway on ramp. Our Corolla is a driver's momentum car, the SE package and AWD make it the equal of the Audi as far as handling. So we gave up acceleration performance for a 30% improvement in efficiency, a very good trade for us. We like the car a lot! I wonder how this more performance oriented package will compare?

We purchased a new highlander in march 2023. It's almost May 2024 and we still don't have our second keyfob for our BRAND NEW vehicle. Toyota sucks

Unbias review , for my new car i wanted a toyota… ended up with a pilot sport. Wanted no hybrids. Pilot V6 10 speed , roomier , 8 seat . Drives and feels like an suv . There was something felt off with the grand highlander , everything felt cheaper , the feel and drive is floaty mini van feel. 4 cylinder turbo. The hood vibrates middle close to the windshield (aluminium) it put me off , very distracting. Compare both , we where 5 people that compared , the pilot won in our case. Good hunting

So much for reliability. The naturally aspirated V6, 5 speed transmission was bullet proof. You could count on it to not break down and easily go 300K miles with proper maintenance. You'll be lucky to get even 200K miles out of a turbo engine. The same goes for the hybrid motor. These are not vehicles I would want to drive into remote areas. But then the average purchaser will be only using them to go to work and to get groceries. Also issues with turbo and hybrid are much more expensive to fix than naturally aspirated.

hybrids cost more so you break even after about 5 years is not inspiring economics

Too expensive for what we get. I was willing to accept the turbo 4banger, the gimmicky speaker and tailgate, the fact it’s built in Mexico, and the underwhelming specs relative to competitors. But I won’t accept the price, considering all those things.

The XLE and limited editions look the same to me, the rims are just different. And honestly the Limited rims look worse than the XLE rims.

This is just a scam to get more money out of people. It would be quicker, cheaper and safer to change out the flat tyre with a full-sized spare tyre.

I drive for a living and my work purchased several 2022 Siannas a couple years ago. Since the majority of my driving is on the highway, I instantly fell in love with the adaptive cruise control and use it every day. About a month ago, my 2012 Prius C finally got to the point were I needed a new car. I walked into the Toyota dealership hoping to get something that at least had adaptive cruise control. 4 hours later I walked out with a 2024 Prius Prime SE! While I still love driving my work vehicle, the safety features on my Prius Prime are leaps and bounds above my company's Sianna! I've never loved driving as much as I do now! Yes, the system beeps at me a lot, which took some getting used to, but it's absolutely worth it!

Love the rear wrap around quarter windows. But why make the interior screen look like a propped up tablet. What happened with incorporating it into the dash? Also, why remove the manual transfer case in the off road models. I love the lever in my 2020.

On the other hand, if electric cars are more difficult to use than gasoline cars, It seems that making electric cars for people is not as good as not making them. I wish electric cars could be charged within 10 minutes... In countries with limited land and many people, making electric cars would be more inconvenient.
