JFK a smart man. He is missed sadly he was taken to soon from our country. 🫶🏻🙏 RIP 💐Mr Kennedy our beloved President.Over the years institutions resolved these issues for better living conditions and treatment for both communities of D.D. & M.I . patients who family members could not afford or are unable to care for their loved ones.

Small homes without properly trained professionals to care for their children with mentally delayed disabilities and or mental illnesses..
