@@Metalizer They were working with record companies before they had published any music. They became big right away, but because the record companies and other instances had invested so much in them, for a long time it wasn´t profitable to the members. This is the reason Magnum left the band early on (I guess it was also influenced by Kita who constantly brought up that Magnum´s playing skills aren´t up to par with the other members). The whole history of the band so far can be explored in the book "Lordiary", which I hope they´ll translate into English sooner than later, since it has got to be one of the best and most interesting books I´ve ever read. It contains the whole story of Lordi from Mr. Lordis, the record company´s and the bandmember´s points of view. The only member they couldn´t interview for the book is the only member that still isn´t in good terms with the band, Enary.

In case you haven't gone through their discography: Deadache, Scare Force One and Monstereophonic are killer albums as well. Their latest album Scream Writers Guild ain't too bad either.

Keep doubting, but that's the truth. Eventhough the band was founded in -92, their first years were slow. Their "first" album Bend over and prey the lord was recorded in -97, but the company which was supposed to release the album went bankrupt, and they didn't get a proper record deal until early 2000's

If you read lordiary, it'll explain in detail why this was their first gig and why it took so long. Actually, now that I think about it - Lordiary is only in Finnish right now if I'm not mistaken...

Amen всегда отлично выглядит. Жалко, что он из группы ушёл. Мне из всех участников группы больше всех нравится, а вообще меня любопытство распирает , как Юсси Сюдянмаа (Amen) с двумя открытыми глазами выглядит, а то , где фото группы Lordi без масок один глаз прикрыл . Специально прикрыл, чтоб никто не узнал. У Amena образование журналиста, я не сомневаюсь, что он мог ходить до конкурентов на их пресс конференции и задавать каверзные вопросы , особенно на Евровидение 2006-2007.

Группа Lordi наверно была приглашена в качестве почетного гостя на Евровидение в этом году в Италии. А с учетом ситуации которая была. Юсси Сюдянмаа (Amen) сходил на пару тройку пресс конференций к странам участникам Евровидения , как журналист , и задал парочку провокационных вопросов, а Томи Путассу ( мистер Lordi) это не понравилось . После этого наверное Amen и покинул группу. Это мое мнение. Никто не будет такой сор из избы на весь мир выносить.
