Its insane to me that Naomie Harris can a do an excellent jamaican accent and also a perfect American accent. And her natural accent is british. Same with bill nighy who can do a scottish accent here and a texan accent while being having a british accent

Bill was on POINT with the body language as Jones. That head tilt and facial expression at 2:02 saying "Do you WANT to die?" is just perfect

Apparently Jones didn't know Greek Mythology. Calypso is known to be the daughter of the titan Atlas. When the Titans lost the war against the Olympians, Calypso was cursed to never be with the men she loves as punishment for siding with her father. This is seen in the Odyssey when Odysseus left her to return home to Ithaca. Let this be a warning: get to know someone throughly before entering a committed relationship.

Cool little detail : Calypso’s music box sounds brand-new like she’s not really opened it where is Davy Jones Sounds like it’s been opened many times and sounds a bit often certain parts/aged
