Hindi spacious ang loob at for the square footage Hindi na use up ng maganda ang space at open . Masyado maliit ang loob to navigate . If you will compare the space of a 2 bedroom condo ng DMC at mga condo sa BGC mas maganda ang floor plan at spacious compare to this house. Not worth it ang inside ng house however the outside is very appealing where I got an idea for my future home 🏠

Smart ang seller. Hindi nila sinagad ang size ng house hanggang sa setback. Nag iwan ng malaking space for a landscaped garden for the buyer to improve on. Pwedeng tayuan ng gazebo or pergola someday. Swimming pool maybe. Outdoor bbq area for Al fresco entertainment. Very smart decision. Isa pa, affordable ang price Kasi nga hindi mansion ang itinayo.

magandang gamitin yung space para sa mga guest kapag may okasyon. at least hindi na kailangan pa na sa loob ng bahay sila for privacy na rin.
