This feels like I'm being drafted, I love it.

This ending with tf2 getting kill feels like the bad ending; obviously none of us want to lose this game. But if valve is stupid enough to actually kill the game over this; like actually take the game down and make it so you can't play community servers; they are shooting themselves in foot and deserve all scorn and hatred that would come from doing so. And at least if valve does do something this stupid, people outside of the tf2 community will start to realize that valve are not the good guys

i understand why VALVe doesn't wanna work on TF2, the code is so horrendously old, and it's made on a 20 year old engine, and the code is so HORRIBLE, that it could give anyone at valve a stroke, so maybe we should get a source 2 port of TF2 instead? idk man, i hope #FixTF2 works out

I encounter bots in each session, they get kicking fast if there's enough players to outweigh the machines, but that still sucks as hell Valve, do something, that can continue no longer

yesterday i joined casual 2fort and played at least 5 full games and bots joined very sporadically and did not last longer than 1 minute... i thought i would take a video but it turned out that nothing happened yesterday, but it would probably be worse on payload only one sniper was looking like cheater, but it was only one i was lucky... #FixTF2

“Just play on community servers” the only games I find on there are Dust Bowl, 2Fort or Turbine or High Tower and if it’s not that it’s a whole different gamemode but I’m so sick of those maps I wanna try new maps or different kinds and only Casual would have been the place to go

the "movement" died because big, egotistical youtubers and creators rather whined for the attention than the cause and milked the subject for attention and payoff. Shocking, huh? physically showing up at their front door (for the americans at least) and giving your inner demomen freedom would be more effective, as would be multiple big news covering the issue - but fails cause news are controled by boomers, not understanding or caring about any of the issue besides how to twist a shocking tale out of it for more stonks. That's the point 12:22, it needs riots and in person protests, but we can't fly to the US on a whim from all over the world.

Cathook used to use a non-existent achievement code as a broadcast to other bots. It keeps an internal list of all players and flagged ones broadcasting the achievement to leave them alone. Maybe Valve made changes to drop non-valid achievement codes from server packets so cathook had to change to use a real "unused" one. The cathook source was recently removed from Github, but it's likely other bot code copies the approach.
