The actual problem is not in the transformer. Problem is thermal fuse The actual problem is the thermal fuse which is connected inside the primary winding of transformer. The thermal fuse got burn when the load is heavy or over voltage or heat..you can also repair the transformer by removing the core and replacing the thermal fuse.but its too difficult .this is imported transformer so its windings are too reliable and coit wont burn compare to local transformers.thermal fuse is the problem.
