I have auto immune disease where my body is attacking itself and I’ve been going through a very horrible time and I’m glad I got to see you on here. I was just thinking about start juicing when I seen your video that you had lupus and I know I most certainly am going back to doing some of these smoothies. I think it will help me in a long run like it did you hopefully thank you very much for sharing these videos. If you got more recipes, I’m gonna subscribe

I bought your book yesterday. I’m excited to see the change. I’ve been Wfpb sos free for about two years. I eat similar to the way Dr. Brooke eats… mostly raw some cooked in the evening meal. love you both! ❤️

I must be the only person in the smoothie community who cannot take all that fruit. It makes me feel awful. I’m sipping my smoothie right now and it has all the greens (430g of kale and spinach) only half a banana, a couple of small pieces of pineapple and some blueberries and raspberries, flaxseed, lemon and ginger. Week 5 for me. 😀

I’m almost 74. I haven’t exercised in years and I’m afraid to start and put my focus on what helps me. I’m almost WFPB but have a husband that loves meat. I want health and need to lose about 60 pounds. Is there a place that tells me what the smoothieshred requires of me. I hate to start and not follow through. Thus my condition. Can you advise me? Is this for me and have others started at such a late time in life?

My partner makes Sourdough bread made from scratch,with wild yeast from the mother. Only, water, flour and salt is in the bread. This is a fermented Bread , no other like it. It also contains seeds of variety. Much better than Ezikiel Bread from the store. I've seen that you give that bread to your kids at Breakfast . What about adding that to your above mentioned breakfast? And, do you also drink the 24 oz kale based Smoothie as well??

Hello Thomas, my husband is 63 and was diagnosed with Parkinson’s in 2020. We eat a plant base diet, no dairy or meat, he works out 3 days a week and is losing weight. He wants to build more muscle and is concerned with his weight loss. Any suggestions

I prefer to get and store mine chilled. The omega 3 are very fragile, go rancid easily.

whos shooting in the background, sounds weird. it doesnt matter what THEY ate. they were pro bodybuilders, they were born for that. to be an olympic pole volter you have first be a pole volter!!! you dont become that. why dont people attribute michael jordands ability to fly to his diet. Pro bodybuilders are born with thos genetics and muscle mass and done density and structure and most importantly ablilty to pack on muscle is not due to what they put in their mouths. just like any other amazing athlete.

If you have a Vitamix & are making a smoothie, you can grind the flax seeds 1st before you add the rest of ingredients.

I wonder if it is the hormone change and the stress on the body that causes auto-immune disease to flair up. I had been diagnosed with Graves’ disease and it flared up after having my 6 child at 43. The markers came back but when I gave up wheat and juiced I was able to come off meds. Finally the markers for Graves are finally gone. I am doing your protocol with the green smoothies as covid has caused blood pressure issues when there is no medical explanation for the blood pressure elevation. Two weeks in and already I can feel my body coming alive. Thank you so much for giving out the cure for auto immune disease.

She has no clue what she is talking about. It is well documented that alpha lenolenic acid, which is the predominant fat in flax and chia seeds, are mainly used for energy and very little is converted to EPA, while none is converted to DHA. Thus, the notion that fat from these sources become part of our cells is based on thin air. Contrary to what she is pretending to be she is ignorant of nutrition, including fat nutrition.
