i used to feel this way all the time, still do a lot of the time but one thing helped me. when you feel "unproductive" when u dont want to be it can be because you have excess energy you dont know what to do with. ive never been a very active person but sometimes physical activity is just the thing you need, it doesnt need to be anything crazy, it can just be doing some small workouts at home or going for a 5 min jog or going to the climbing gym, i think a lot of women are not encouraged to truly use their body in its full range of possibilty but i find it helps clear your mind so much and makes you feel so much better! and you feel accomplished and refreshed ^_^. it took me MANY years to realise this and not feel intimidated by the concpet of exercise but it really isnt scary, its natural and sometimes after you do you realise how much you have been missing it in your life, both physically and mentally
