Its a pretty good video and quite explanatory. I found it a bit annoying that he camera at times was not showing what you were actually doing, nor did I see you actually putting back the new brake shoes. but thanks anyway, I enjoyed the video it was very helpful. I hope that my supposition is correct and that this is virtually the same on the 2005 Korando

Thanks for the tips I'll improve in the future. To be honest I don't know if they are the same.

When this is exactly what you need to know about your Musso park break assembly.. you just became my favourite KZbin channel :) thanks. And just a question.. if I wanted to increase the distance of the spread of the existing break shoe.. can I adjust the expander mechanism at the bottom by taking off the shoe and turning the left side with a grip on it?

Thank you . If you just want to adjust it no need to take the shoe off

I have 2013 Ford Galaxy 2.0 TDCI,My enginge started to shaking after i push the clutch pedal seems its gone.Do you think its a flywheel or else?

Is there any noise coming from gearbox area ? If not I would do diagnostic scan and check engine mounts for play.

I will soon start doing the exact same job. I think my flywheel is bad. It started making noise when the clutch pedal was released. When I pressed the clutch pedal down, the noise disappeared. After a week, I started experiencing a lot of vibrations when driving - so much that I don't feel safe driving the car. Do you remember how long it took to finish the job? Is there anything special I need to be aware of?

Hello it took me around 5-6 h to complete the job once the subframe is off makes the job easier.

i have the 1.9 tdi and replaced master cylinder. clutch still keeps going limp (pedal spring pulls pedal to the floor/ no pressure) and have to bleed again 3times now. last time it happened i had a grinding rubbing type sound from under the bonnet ... you recon its the slave cylinder? or could it be something more sinister... edit. no oil leaks and fluid level doesn't budge unless bleeding.

Do you need to remove the subframe for getting gear box out
