Awesome bike. I’m restoring a 94 model. Comfort wise I only found the wrists to get sore after a little while but so flickable at speed. At speed I actually prefer my 916 over my 17 S1000RR but the 916 is a bit of problem at slow speeds and manoeuvrability where the S1000RR is better. They are a beautiful bike and if you have an opportunity to buy one do it. You only live once.

I live in Thailand and own a 1996 RVF NC35. Incredibly fun moto to ride and own. I also have a NSR 250 SP Pro Arm. Between the two, I prefer the RVF.

I also live in Thailand. I was hoping to find a non-Frankensteined VFR400 but my dream is an RVF. I had a 1986 VFR400 and it was awesome. My other dream bike is an NSR250 (how about that?), or Aprilia RS250 but I figured I'm getting too old (broken too many bones) to own a 2-stroke 250 from the good old days. How did you find yours?

Best place in New England to take your bike. I ride my bike year around even in the winter as its my only transportation. Justin always tries to get my bike in and out asap as he knows I have no other ride. I wouldn't trust any other shop in New England with your motorcycle unless its these guys.

Please make more vid like these. Even on the VFR400 NC30 behind you. And even that gorgeous 98 R1 I can see in the background. Most of these bikes we can see are probably not for sale? And the RGV and NSR, my word!

Actually, looks like there are probably few NC’s buried back in there, my mistake, but the one we can all see next to the NSR is an RC.

Another interesting video Justin...a pair of very historically significant and nice Kawasaki motorcycles. I've never owned a Kawasaki yet...just some Suzuki's , a Yamaha , and some Honda's in the past. Love the pipes on the 750...and the whole bike you've built seems well thought out. I've seen some supercharged H2's in my country...to me they look like Batman should be riding one. Thanks for the video...AWESOME! =)

@@adrenalinecycle Thanks Justin - I totally agree,and they even have just made a h2 naked version...the Kawasaki Z H2. Kawasaki are even also in the process of doing a fuel injected 4 cylinder 250cc called the ZX25R Ninja...it's basically a stepped up reboot of the old ZX2R from the 80's and 90's.

I don't think the new H2 was the first super charged motorcycle ever built , the likes of BMW did it in the 1930s with the Type 255 , Peugeot did the JetForce in 2002, 125cc variant was supercharged .

@@adrenalinecycle My little Honda 'Repsol' 2001 NSR150SP (daily commuter) has done almost 40,000 kilometres now...and I want to temporarily retire it for a major restoration overhaul and engine rebuild (hasn't even had a replacement set of rings yet since it was new). I'm going to also purchase a 2007-2013 CB400SF Revo in the next few months to start a custom project build on. Thinking about getting an RVF400 to use while they are being done? Luckily - they're not so hard to get here in Australia...and usually go for around $4,000 to $8,000 AUD (depending on condition). I don't think Honda Australia sold them here new though?...and just many 'grey' imports found their way here as far as I know? Thanks so much again....Fantastic first job on your video,and one beautiful bike! =)
@adrenalinecycle
@adrenalinecycle 4 жыл бұрын
Star Hope 40,000km that impressive. There are many more imports in AU then in the US by far so your pricing is much better. The CB400 will be a nice build fun bikes. I love all my V4’s highly recommended one!! Keep in touch

@@adrenalinecycle I got my NSR150SP at around 8,000 km...and the girl I purchased it from got it from the original first owner at around 2,000 km. The NSR150SP was sold new here by Honda Australia (maybe between 2000-2003 or something?)...and although aren't common to see on public roads,are usually not hard to find for sale if you want one. Many of the RVF400's here have had Tyga bodywork and aftermarket slip-on's fitted...and have been very thrashed (I've also heard many have 'fake' wound back mileage - not sure if these stories are true though?). Not many genuine low mileage original 'unmolested' RVF400's are around...and usually are at the top end of the price bracket if you find one for sale. I don't think NSR250 was never sold new here either (you seem to have some in the background of your video)...maybe someone can correct me if I'm wrong? A friend of my parents have a son who once owned a 1996 NSR250R 'SE' MC28...that he let me ride one day. He fitted genuine HRC pipes to it...and I think run a HRC 030 card (I believe he did a wire-splice to make it work instead of HRC wiring harness?) I spoke to him last year (I don't see him very often),and asked him again about his NSR...he said regrettably he'd sold the bike a few years back though. The RGV250 are more common here than NSR250 it seems...I think the RGV250 (except for the VJ23 models) were complianced and sold here new by Suzuki? There's also a few Yamaha TZR250, Kawasaki KR-1 / KR-1S,and Aprilia RS250 floating around here in Australia...not sure if all grey imports or factory sold with those? The MC16 and MC18 come up for sale fairly often...but MC21 and MC28 are very rarely seen for sale anymore. It's hard to find an MC21 or MC28 Honda that has compliance that you can road register...and hasn't just been bought over as a track only race bike that can't legally be road registered in Australia. Some collector's here have seemingly permanent wanted ad's (on some local websites) for 1990's sport 'two-stroke' 250cc road bikes. I hope some of this was interesting to you?...thanks again! =)

Star Hope I’m not sure on what came to AU but I do know you got many Grey market bikes there which models exactly I’m not sure great info to know. I’m dying to get out to AU soon as I’ve never been! You can wire splice the earlier NSR’s but not the 28 you have to have the 030 to match your CDI it’s the only way. I have 030 card in my 28 & just finished building 300cc motor with VHM heads & all the HRC goodies putting into bike over the next week or 2 & getting on the Dyno. Should be fun with around 70+rwhp!! Hope you find some nice clean examples the will turn up with patients.
