Ok…I got it. Twisting Hair Right, Right Piece Over Left, while Twisting Right Hair Tightly, especially close to the scalp. Right twist over left twist, twisting hair to right at every crossover 👍🏾 Got it, thanks Sis! ❤🖤🤎

I would say maybe 2 months? I started mine like this at the African salon and it’s almost been a month and my roots still aren’t fuzzy enough for a retwist. So I’m gonna wait another month.

But i realized children hair grows faster lol. So from past experience you’d want to wait at least a month before Retwisting! Just to avoid thinning and such

I’m here because this new stylist flaked on me and I’m about to start my own locs cause idk over people. Watched how you did this install but was curious how you retwist with a braid. But this seems super easy enough so this gave me a major boost in my confidence. TY! Now to go wash my hair and install

@@creolejazz question, did you have any of them unravel?If so how did you combat? I went to the African salon for them to twist it up because I wanted clean parts. But now my twists are untwisting. Any advice?

Heyyy! I’m new here. Just subscribed. I started my daughter’s micro loc journey✨ we are literally 1 day in. I noticed my parts are waaay bigger. Even her locs. Way bigger. So now that the canvas has been established, I’m for sure going to start on making the parts smaller & im definitely going to micro braid them instead of comb coils or two-strand twist. You baby girl is so beautiful 🤩
