Tigers in Scotland, insane.This tablet and demonstration method is spot on. Don't forget the vanilla extract as this adds the extra flavour big time. Cheers.

I’m 72 and I was appalled by the use of cuss words many Scots have! The younger ones especially! I grew up in Scotland , my mother could cuss like the best of them! But never outside! I don’t remember cuss words being used so much in every day conversations? But usually it’s F Bombs ! I find it disgusting even though I could use the FBomb ! But not in casual every day conversations! Never used any other cuss words and I work hard not to use any at all! My late husband would say it shows a lack of knowledge of English Language if you use cuss words! It’s sad! And I blame my generation for letting their kids to cuss up a storm ! Before you know it, it just becomes common language ! Terribly sad!

have been cooking and eating mussels for ages now, checking if they are alive is something i never actually thought about, usually had my friend at the mall to check, but now i can just buy bulk and do it myself, i told him about your tricks and he just looked me like "oh i thought you were just lazy, you really didnt know this?" so yeah thanks a lot for the hints

Hiya Scottish Moore, you made a good fry up for sure, and maybe your own made fry up is so good it doesn't need any help. But do you ever be out somewhere and the breakfast is a touch dry and a bit moribund, just sort of lifeless.... do you ever reach for the Brown Sauce? Broon Sauce? Would be very curious for the reflections on Broon Sauce from a dearbhte Highland Quine.

Hi I have used this recipe so many times it’s delicious but wondered does anyone else get like a flakey top on the cookie? It’s a bit of a nightmare to ice. Is that normal?
@mooretimeinthekitchen76353 жыл бұрын
Hi Elaine. It could be that you've either over-worked the dough or left it uncovered in the fridge?

@@mooretimeinthekitchen7635 never put the dough in the fridge maybe I have overworked it. It always tastes lovely I just wondered if the flakiness was normal as it happens every time :-)

Inside will be a chewy and outside a little harder. You can't really have it too soft or it would fall apart when you try to move it.
