But... what happens after the brake pedal is released? Everyone leaves out this part. How does the pressure in the caliper release to allow the vehicle to continue moving as before? I'm trying to troubleshoot an excessive drag issue in my brakes. So far, I've only been able to find that it may be a defective caliper or defective master cylinder. No explanation as to why.

I just bought some of these. I cannot see any legitimate advantage with the 'stealth' design. I can see a lot less friction material and a large saving in production costs as a result of not having that additional friction material. They would also wear out faster resulting in Bendix making more sales. It appears to be very clever engineering hidden by disingenuous marketing. Maybe someone can correct me.
