I disagree, we are all here by accident in that we did not ask to be here and it wasn't our choice thAt we were here based on our parents need to satisfy their sexual needs !!

“As I understand it, into the heart of every Christian, Christ comes, and Christ goes. When, by his Grace, the landscape of the heart becomes vast and deep and limitless, then Christ makes His abode in that graceful heart, and His Will prevails. The experience is recognized as Peace. In the absence of this experience much activity arises, divisions of every sort. Outside of the organizational enterprise, which some applaud and some mistrust, stands the figure of Jesus, nailed to a human predicament, summoning the heart to comprehend its own suffering by dissolving itself in a radical confession of hospitality.”-Leonard Cohen.

Barbara has a magnificent way of conveying the most profound truths of spirituality and life itself. Her shared learning experiences have helped to pave the way for people who desire to take a deeper look at beliefs, with greater understanding, and to move beyond the limiting affects of our internalized, and often long-held, spiritual perspectives. Real breakthroughs here!

That is interesting that Barbara used the word "gate keepers" at 56:15. In my Morning Musing (which is not yet uploaded) about Deconstruction stopping at Jesus, I literally used the phrase... "I am holding the door open" for people who WANT to walk through it.

Hey there fine folk! I too 'met' Mark via YT and a luminescent fellow he is indeed. We may have corresponded a-time-or-too which has been a meaningful, pleasant endeavour. I would not argue against the innate, energetic potentiality of healing thyself whilst walking the natural world. HAIL the Gods!

43:00 Yes!! Spirituality is EMBODIMENT of Soul. As I am healing my trauma, I am healing the distorted "theology" that I adopted to match my Self-loathing vibration... which had me want to "escape" this physical world all the time! Now, I WANT to be in BODY... and the Bible does actually tell us that "God" desires to "dwell among mankind". God/Source/Energy doesn't want to be just unformed "energy"... it wants to come into FORM in the most wonderful things.
@InspiredRenegade7 ай бұрын
33:00 "I love to fix myself" - Oh Yeah!!!! That is so ME, too. I love this process of Self "knowing".
@InspiredRenegade7 ай бұрын
The thing about Jesus being "real" (21:00)... as a Spirit Soul (Energy) he more than likely is. And I tend to think in similar terms as Esther on that, that it could be a psychic fragment that we meet on the other side. But my question going forward has been and still is, "How does knowing Jesus is real help with me realizing my OWN Divinity?" Does the knowledge of Jesus support our Self realization, or do we continue to use him as a prop to lean on? I didn't find that very empowering.
@ellentheresa7 ай бұрын
Yes me too! I love the unfolding and changing stream of consciousness here❤

The Mennonites were one group that I briefly had a spiritual stop over with on my spiritual search. But like Esther, these ideologies would cap out very quickly and I would move on.
