great reaction, quite a few people not into girl groups are into XG, they are that special, it’s like when we were in school, everyone knew who the cool kids were, everyone, including the popular kids wanted to hang out with and be like - that’s XG, they are the cool kids in the asian / global pop music scene

Just found your channel, and I was super excited for you to find XG! They're a "Global Group", all of their members are Japanese, and they're signed through a Korean management company. They make music in English, Korean, and Japanese. Like you, English isn't their first language either! I speak, English, Japanese, and am learning Korean and Spanish. High fives to all multi-lingual people. I'm glad that you enjoyed this video, if you like their rapping you should check out their "mixed tapes".

Check XG tapes. That is XG rap line team (Jurin, Harvey, Maya and Cocona). Vox project is done by XG vocal line (Chisa, Juria and Hinata). Check their MOVE projects as well (dancing). Remember English is their 3rd or 4th language 😂😊 You are also at least bilingual right, so you understand the effort ❤ In the US so many people only know English so this is a wild skill to us 😂

I was always admiring people who can speak many languages, I can only speak Polish (my native language), English and German. Ehh yes, English-speaking people do not understand :) But hey, we do our thing and it's fine :) And XG are amazing, and we should appreciate them more :)

To be fair, most students in the US learn at least a second language but don't really get the opportunities to keep in practice so they lose it. Japanese schools teach English starting at an early age, but the level of retention is very low once people leave school because they don't have a chance to use it in order to retain it.

@ I am aware of US students’ foreign language requirements. 2 years in high school is not enough to have even tourist-level ability. It does not compare.

@@snakesnoteyes In Poland, we also have foreign language in school. I had in primary school English, and in high school German. But I barely learned anything. System of learning things is just bad. I have learned English from movies and when I lived in the UK. German I have learned in Germany while I work here almost 15 years :) I'm not perfect in those languages, but I speak confident and communicate with people just fine :)

The First Take is an excellent way to learn to associate their voices with their faces (their hair color and style changes constantly 😂), and see how the adlibs add to the song. Plus the quality is amazing, and you aren’t distracted by the wild videos. Definitely see the videos afterward though, they are quite the spectacle 😊❤

@ Winter Without You and Shooting Star are their only First Take videos right now. All of their videos are wild, lots of CGI work, it’s almost better to watch a color-coded video (those identify who is singing) to hear the song first then watch the official video 😂 Their official dance and performance videos give you a way to see their tight and precise choreography. If you like live videos, there are a lot of fancams and their tour has been very successful. If you go to their KZbin XG channel you can see other related stuff - their MOVE videos show off their choreography for example. They have another TAPE for their rapping, another called VOX is for showing off vocals. They have at least 2 survival-type series, Xtra and 3 Meals a Day, the latter is more lighthearted and hilarious and all of them give you an insight to these amazing young ladies ❤️

I thought you had already watched this. So you finally dipped your toe into Doom Dada 😅 It's certainly an experience when you hear and see this for the first time 🤣 Top is really a creative genius. I suggest you check out some explanations about the mv. There are lots of art references, eg the moustache is for Salvador Dali. Wankie is the name of his relative (great uncle I think) who was a well known artist. You're saying how his mind works differently...well, VIPs call him the 4D Alien 😅 Btw, one of my favourite songs and mvs also has a lot of art references. It's called Greatest Works Of Art, and it's by the Mando-pop King, JAY CHOU. Wonder if you would be interested in reacting to it??
