Do a video explaining a potentiometer on a T 300 E also the guide pinion for the squeegee

Got question, got a t300 wont turn on. I plug it up to charge. No blinking on the 5 dots battery status. Open up to look at the on board charger and its blinking medium battery.

How do you level the squeegee assembly? I feel like ours is higher on the right and the support roller doesnt make contact with ground the way the other side does. Additionally, when you put new blades on does it take a little bit to get some agility? Since theyre new?

The floor types in our building is painted concrete so our pads get beat up pretty bad. After i flip them once and they get half the original thickness i toss them. Last about 2 weeks during school year per machine.

What is your opinion on 350 Tennant do you think is a good machine

Pretty sure those are the correct batteries for this unit, since it's not a traction drive machine, they are just at the end of their service life. T-1275's will be heavy in a pad assist unit!

I have a question do you ever have to work on minuteman equipment specifically the minuteman e20 sport auto scrubbers? Feel like we’ve been having nothing but problems with ours just got it fixed with batteries only to use it and the brush motor gave out. Now I’m waiting for the place where we got it from to come pick it up and fix it once again

Easy fixes. New cord 14/3 type. Rubber gloves and a blade and stiff wire toothbrush will clean the roller right up. If you're super anal like me, you can wipe down the brush with an alcohol dampened rag and the machine exterior. I think you know all this and this was just a document vid of an employee not maintaining equipment and not reporting safety issue?

Can the squeegee assembly, be bent where it’s lower on one side compared to the other? Mine lifts up on one side and doesnt make good contact with the ground on that side, especially while turning, it seems stiff, not a lot of play.

Your batteries must be completely discharged. Check date code on the batteries. If cells are dry, that’s an issue too. What kind of batteries do you have?

They are all owned. We have special pricing since we are distributors. All OEM. I do have some generic parts that work with many models. The problem is there is lots of neglect and most of my repairs cost $250 to a few thousand. A lot of my customers have a budget for repairs.

I've just stumbled upon your channel. I don't work in the industry that you service but I'm very interested in it. On your KZbin channel I couldn't see an 'about me' description. A little bit of background would help others understand what it is you do and why. Watching the videos, you talk about what your doing and you sound very knowledgeable and passionate about the work. But, myself and the many thousands of viewers you'll get are not knowledgeable, we won’t know what you know. Help us understand what it is you are doing and why. I've noticed a problem (that's not exclusive at any industry) which is asking questions or asking why. Probably due to the fear of looking stupid to others. This leads to poor work, poor maintenance and loss of earnings. If you can take the time to educate others in a helpful and easy way, you'll get like after like on videos. How do you go about repairing one of these batteries that wont take a charge anymore?

You must replace the base assembly. Check invoice date to see if it is covered under warranty if the serial number is legible.

Same thing is happening to our santaires at work same model. Did you ever figure out how to fix this issue?
