The test to tell if your turkey is dry or juicy is to take it out of the fridge the next day and throw it in the microwave and warm it up It’ll be juicy if it was cooked right earlier

Unfortunately all the juice spilled out, I'm not sure if not letting rest was just for the video but to everyone watching, all that juice falling out wouldve been inside the meat with a proper resting period after cooking it before cutting it.

@@crazykiddd4992 we let it rest 20 minutes and it was juicy! Just because the moisture trapped under the skin ran out doesn’t mean all the moisture ran out of the protein of the bird.
