Honestly among all the platforms, SS has the weirdest way of selling templates and you even need to find hacks to do it in an unnatural manner. It's like the early days of CSS where you need to find lots of hacks and workarounds to make things work.

This video is golden and I'm so glad that I came across it. I'm currently having issues with the payment processor when sending invoices over $1000.00USD. Any input on this or a video would be great. It's caused me some headaches. Luckily I have great client who want to work with me and were patient when sending a direct stripe link for payment.

That's interesting, thank you. However, I'd like to have a hero banner auto-rotating slideshow on the top of my home page that has words on it, and perhaps even a button, on each sliding page. It's possible to make a slideshow like that in squarespace, but it doesn't auto-rotate. I don't think my visitors will think to click on the arrows to see the other slides. Would you be able to share CSS code for that?

Hey! There is an autoplay setting which you can toggle on in the slideshow settings and select how long you want each slide to appear for. Superb commentary!!!! In advance of a paid consult on Wed, I now know why after 20-30 minutes, my upgrade failed -- with no note of why. Although I have the upgrade option now in my design dashboard, my Five template is not available yet. It's a very large site content-wise, which I thought was the problem. I learn from Big Cat what SS failed to mention in my upgrade invite and saved several $$$$ next wk. I've been on SS since 2007. CS is not their forté. Very, very instructive video at perfect pace of presentation.

how do you create a section for customers to actually add there own testimonial, for example i wanted to have a page with the images and have the customers go to that page and add there testimonials after, is that possible.

You can either create a form to collect testimonials and then upload them manually into your site, otherwise you'll need a third party widget like Elfsight or Wiremo.
