I definitely like this segment the cooking series. Thanks for sharing this Nigerian style of Jollof rice and egusi soup. Looks delicious @fayvoorlifestyle and I am sure it was. One with LIVE when you are teaching people always have questions it’s a distraction it will make the video long reading and responding and cooking. Questions should be at the end of the class.

Hey Fayvoor…I got sun burn along time ago and it was REALLY bad! My skin peeled really bad days after. I was told to put pure aloe Vera on it to take the heat out of it and to soothe it. It REALLY worked. You can put cut a piece of Aloe plant and put it on regular burns you get in the kitchen too! Great video!

I’m on the west coast. I got sun burnt so bad once doing a car wash. My full back was peeling. One of the most painful things I felt in a long time.
