Hi Stephen, just a quick note to say thanks for giving us the inspiration to shamelessly plagiarise your trip and do the exact same thing at this year's MM! We took my first car, a 2.25 diesel Series 3 that I've owned for nearly 20 years from the UK to Brescia, followed the race around Italy with our tent, and then slowly headed back again through France. It took us 2 weeks in total but I can honestly say it's the best holiday I've ever had. We took lots of pictures and videos of the trip, initially with a view to making some sort of video akin to yours, but having now returned it's clear that this would involve a lot of skill which I don't have! So thanks again - I doubt we'd have gone if it weren't for your videos and articles in CLR. Cheers, Tim.

Absolutely awesome! So little but yet so much. I'd like to look back on my life when I'm old and smile about it. I'm so glad my dad loved Land Rovers. They were are very big part of our lives growing up and to this day still part of my life at 53!! I must pass this on to my kids and this family trip being so awesome and simple minded has made me do the needed to make things happen before it's too late. Wonderful to see a family so happy with life's simplest things.

Who’d think you could do so much with so little. Your LR’s have covered epic mileage and blow people’s minds! I have a 2A and 3 and hopefully a 1 pretty soon.
