After decentration , we only consider the prism which is interacting with the eye, other prism will be not considerable anymore.

Excellent video. Do you think a prism would be necessary for the strabismic eye? My 8 year old was prescribed +1.50 in his right eye and -5.25 (with a prism) in his left amblyopic eye. He said the glasses give him a headache and double vision, so I don’t make him wear them.
