How often do you Have to replace the mat

Thanks for the question. They are very durable. If cared well cared for hopefully you wont have to replace it ever. If possible, keep it stationary and in one primary, dry spot out of the direct sunlight. If storing it, store it flat. Hope this helps, please let me know if you have ay other questions.

I do a half hour on my walking pad every morning. Today I couldn’t exercise. Didn’t want to do it. I did this. 15 minutes I could push myself to do. Alternated between 3 & 5 lb weights. Thanks for the timer!
