Well this one is about as perfect as can be for someone who has to take it easy on the knees. Upbeat music, just enough challenge to push yourself, but not so much that it deflates your motivation. Thank you!

i came on here looking for you - and this was the first thing YT showed me - so yes we did ! (even though I was honestly looking for only a 10 minute work out - lolol ) - this was perfection - and I got some free weight work out in - thank you for all you do and for all you encourage us to do ! How often do you Have to replace the mat

Thanks for the question. They are very durable. If cared well cared for hopefully you wont have to replace it ever. If possible, keep it stationary and in one primary, dry spot out of the direct sunlight. If storing it, store it flat. Hope this helps, please let me know if you have ay other questions.

Thanks for the information, i bought mine 3 years ago and im wondering if ill ever need to replace it due to the spikes wearing down over time. But I love mine and people always ask where they can get one.. the one down side is that Its a dirt collector lol​@katehomefitness

@@katehomefitness I do your workouts twice a day, it’s helped me so much, I’ve told all the ladies in my slimming class about your videos, my average weight loss a week is just over 2LB and they asked my how I was able to lose every week so I’m guessing they’ll be tuning in to do the same #weightloss #happy #thankyou 😁

I do a half hour on my walking pad every morning. Today I couldn’t exercise. Didn’t want to do it. I did this. 15 minutes I could push myself to do. Alternated between 3 & 5 lb weights. Thanks for the timer!
