I too learnt about leaves the hard way. I find that a cross country tyre and leaves don't go together very well.

The leaves shifted from under him, had that happen a couple times also. Usually causes you to slam your chest and slide forward a few inches like a Penguin. Fun times haha

You jumped great and tucked your arms and had good rotation. Just need to get those knees up and you'll have it. Make it feel like your bringing your knees up way too high at first, then start bringing them down as you get better
