Hello I want to ask you that I have same graphics card as you RX 580 it's 8gbs but my processor is i5 7th gen I want to upgrade my processor and motherboard so can I do that ??? I think I made a mistake, I wanted to buy an upgrade for my PC which was running R5 2600 + Rx 580 4GB. I wanted to stream without losing 144 fps less while streaming, and with this video, it made me realize my decision was wrong because instead of buying an r5 5600x, I bought a GPU, rx 5600xt and paired it with my r5 2600. Don't get me wrong it's a solid pair up. But I can't hit solid 144+ fps when streaming.

I have the same cpu and gpu combo but it drops to 160-180 i currently have 16gb (2x) 2666mhz cl19 or cl20 ram. Gonna upgrade to 3200mhz cl16, will it have a huge difference?

Ryzen 5 5600 can run the rx580 without problem in most games in 1080p , and you cant go higher res with that card

What CPU did you use?? Valorant are CPU intensive, you can even use GTX1050Ti with 5600X to get 300fps.

Currently, I'm running on Ryzen 5 2600 + RX580. On average, I would get 190fps. But it could drop to 150 and below. Would upgrading to the 5600x get me consistently 240+ fps?

depends on which games you want to play, valorant is cpu based so if you're buying a gpu for valorant, invest in a good cpu first
