EDC every day carry. Some sort of knife. Some sort of firearm. And depending on the Terrain a walking stick. It wouldn't hurt to have some sort of signaling device whistle Maybe a mirror. Depending on distance from help a med bag could be crucial. For you but also your dogs.
@barefootviews10 күн бұрын
@@JameWelling oh I had a knife. I just don’t wanna get bit while getting that close…..I was also only like 30 seconds from my truck.
@JameWelling9 күн бұрын
@@barefootviews I completely agree about the knife. That's why I suggested a firearm of some sort. I'm definitely glad you and your dogs are safe. My rule of thumb is. I carry a firearm at all times. Of course no government buildings no airports so on and so forth. I hope I will never have to use it. Considering if I do. Where I live now It's more likely to be a biped. I will be protecting myself from. From your video I can tell you we're expecting that but that's the whole point. If you carry consistently maybe you'll never have to use it. But that one time you might have to. To either save you or your dogs is worth the inconvenience of carring.🤠

a good fence can take years to pay for itself. I’m not going to pay for a new fence when I have no guarantee that I will b able to collect the benefits of a new fence. I’ve seen a lot of cattle guys do it too, never have tried to do it myself yet but isn’t it often used for a lethargic calf/foal with no suck reflex? This calf had plenty of try and suck reflex, just no coordination.
