بسم الله والحمد لله أوامر الانسانية ... ؟ غوتيريش أنطونيو ... الحوار المنطقي ... ؟ ... مدائن فيلسوف ... تَبَادُلٌ مُقَابِلَ تَبَادُل ؟ بَدِيهَةُ النُّبَّاه. المساعدات ؟ بر جو فُلْك ... موسيقى العلم 2024 انتباه يا فيتو مجلس نيويورك زلزال إعصار الكسوف 1، 2، 3، 4، 5، 6، 7، 8، 9، 10، 11 موسيقى العلم 2020 الأرقام والسلام موسيقى العلم 2020 النجاح مفاتيح الحمد موسيقى العلم 2021 الحياة موسيقى العلم 2022 الفصائل وسجين الحراك العنيد موسيقى العلم 2022 إلهام السجون مشروع قرار انهاء الحرب على غزة : 1- عقد اجتماع طارئ لدراسة هذه النقاط. 2- تبادل الأسرى يكون كالتالي : 3- استرجاع أسير 1 اسرائيلي مقابلل 100 يوم هدنة مع رجوع الغزاويين إلى ديارهم في غزة والاعمار و مساعدات انسانية 10000 شاحنة يوميا بكل الكيفيات الممكنة. 4- استرجاع 100 أسير اسرائيلي مقابل 100 أسير × 100 يوم = 10000 يوم. 5- إذا كان الاسترجاع أسير 1 اسرائيلي تلو أسير 1 اسرائيلي في انتظام ودواليك يكون استرجاع كل الأسرى بعد 10000 يوم. 6- إذا كان الاسترجاع وفق الدور 1 بعد 1 للأسرى الاسرائيليين فإنه يُلزَم الطرف الاسرائيلي المشاركة على عدم التدمير للمباني الانسانية والسكنية خلال 100 يوم هدنة التزام أطراف الفصائل في غزة بالمحافظة على حياة الأسرى الاسرائيليين والاحسان في معاملتهم إلى أن يأتي دَوْرَهم في الرجوع إلى اسرائيل. 7- في حالة موافقة اسرائيل على استرجاع كل الأسرى دفعة واحدة وليس بالدور فإنها ملزمة على الاتفاق على هدنة انسانية مع إعمار غزة ورجوع كل سكان غزة إلى سكناتهم تدوم على الأقل 10000 يوم. 8- 10000 يوم ÷ 365 يوم = على الأقل 27 سنة إلى 30 سنة. 9- في حالة موافقة اسرائيل على استرجاع كل الأسرى دفعة واحدة وليس بالدور فإنها ملزمة على الاتفاق الانسحاب الكامل والشامل من غزة لمدة على الأقل 30 سنة. 10- تحرير المعتقلين الفلسطينيين ( الضفة وغزة ) في السجون الاسرائيلية يكون بعد اعادة محاكمتهم في المحكمة الجنائية الدولية الخاصة بالأفراد والمجموعات والفروع للمحكمة الجنائية الدولية الخاصة بالأفراد والمجموعات. 11- يجب انشاء المحكمة الجنائية الدولية الخاصة بالأفراد والمجموعات وفروعها في حالة عدم توفرها. 12- بعد المحاكمة العادلة في المحكمة الجنائية الدولية الخاصة بالأفراد والمجموعات للأسرى والمعتقلين الفلسطينيين وفي حالة إدانتهم فإن يقضون عقوبتهم أو ما تبقى من عقوبتهم خارج السجون الاسرائيلية بل يقضون عقوبتهم في سجون انسانية للدولة التي تختارها وتعينها المحكمة الجنائية الدولية الخاصة بالأفراد والمجموعات وفروعها وحمايتهم من كل التهديدات بعد انقضاء عقوبتهم. 13- بعد المحاكمة العادلة في المحكمة الجنائية الدولية الخاصة بالأفراد والمجموعات للأسرى والمعتقلين الفلسطينيين وفي حالة براءتهم فإن الافراج عنهم وفق شروط تحددها هذه المحاكم وفروعها بكل أنواع الافراج المشروط وغير المشروط. 14- في المستقبل يتم تحويل كل المعتقلين الفلسطينيين الذين اعتقلتهم الهيئات الأمنية الاسرائيلية إلى المحاكمة العادلة في المحكمة الجنائية الدولية الخاصة بالأفراد والمجموعات للنظر في أسباب الاعتقال ومشروعيته. 15- بعد المحاكمة العادلة في المحكمة الجنائية الدولية الخاصة بالأفراد والمجموعات لكل الأسرى والمعتقلين الفلسطينيين يمكن السنوار تقديم نفسه للمحاكمة في المحاكمة العادلة في المحكمة الجنائية الدولية عن بُعْد أو بالحضور الشخصي. 16- الاتفاق يشمل الرجوع لاتفاقيات حل الدولتين 1967 م وتطويره واستثماره وكافة الحقوق الطبيعية والعضوية للدولتين. 17- إن الاتفاق على استرجاع كل الأسرى الاسرائيليين وفق هدنة على الأقل 30 سنة وشروطها السالفة يكون في مجلس الأمن ويكون موقعا بإشراف الأمين العام غوتيريش أنطونيو وليس بإشراف الولايات المتحدة أو بإشراف دول الفيتو : روسيا الصين فرنسا بريطانيا. شكرا 06-09-2024 م وعليكم السلام

I learn that Italian were consider people of color in the USA until they decided to say colobus discovered America that they made Italian white on census. Africans are black people and they will never forget how the West is openly and systematically racist towards them. Africans do not have identity crises as white people do, hence Africans don't need to convince anyone of their identity. If white people believed in themselves why try so hard to convince people of their qualities? Black people know white people more than white people know themselves and I think that is what frightens white racists the most.
