Sorry for my inadequate English. 00:00-00:14, and then he suddently play double as fast. I can not see any reasons in the notes to do so.

It is because the beginning measure is the most important of the whole prelude. It tells you how the rest of it is going to build on that one melody, and it's quite frankly more interesting than the rest of the pedal solo. But I see your point

That said, I don't like his treatment of the ending cadenza. Contrived and quirky, as with much of Koopman's playing.

I have been learning this piece and it is not all that technically challenging, at least not moated to the monumental works of Bach's Master period. However, as with all Bach, it demands impeccable phrasing and articulation, as well as sensitive registration, for the best effect.

私も、BWV549のこの演奏、好きです。 トン・コープマン独特の、市販されている楽譜にはない装飾音がたくさんありますが(特にフーガの部分)、バッハはこう弾いていたと思わせる、自然でいて説得力のある、素晴らしい演奏だと思います。 特に一番最後の部分は圧巻です!
