I am commenting as an Ethiopian born and raised in Harar. The presenter is showing the most bizarre part of a culture that a relatively smaller proportion of the people consider normal. For e.g. it's only a small number of the population that consumes camel, let alone raw camel meat. The poor hygiene in the butchers shop is also something not considered normal for Harar and the rest of Ethiopia. The best part of this show is when he said "when you're invited to eat in Ethiopia, you never know what the meal might be but I guarantee you'll never forget the generous hospitality of the people who share it with you"
