Since everybody seems to be confused, this is actually as intended because Sailor Venus is meant to act as Princess Serenity/Sailor Moon's body double. This is also why Sailor Ceres looks like Sailor Chibi Moon, or resembles her somewhat if you look at their color palettes in the anime. It's a bit of an obscure trivia, so I can't blame anybody for not knowing about it!

I heard the more tails they have the longer it takes to extract... so in short Fuu of 7 tails the most innocence suffered the longest. Gaara extraction took nearly 3 days as 1 tail.
