VW sucks, I've never had his issue with my Chevy, Ford, or Toyota. I'll never buy another VW, all it is, is problem after problem.

What will it blow if the ignition live is put onto permanent live? I’m having a problem with no spark and mine has been linked to a permanent live

@stephennevett4609 I haven't done it myself but I have been told it blows a relay in the ecu . But if you have no spark check coil first put a spark plug on your main lead turn it over if that doesn't work check your earth. The earth is the bolts to the chassis stick a jump lead on the holder straight to batt earth. If still doesn't work take a live from the battery touch live on coil (it will only spark every touch if doesn't spark change coil if does might need a ecu

@emanueleturconi9316 if you take all the cowling off take top one off look strait down over steering wheel it should be there. Doesn't look like a bolt but you will see the tread from underside

My car does the rough gear problem and then sometimes it doesnt do it it on odd days does this mean its a clutch issue?

@michaelrobinson4165 quite possible the problem is the springs in the middle of the clutch can work loose but also depending on car it could be the clutch slave if it is then when left a while clutch won't work until you pump the pedal a few times hope this helps

Vulcans always appeared lanky and slow during maneuvers because they look more like poorly performing fighters (i.e. much smaller aircraft), but in reality, they are farther away and much bigger than the observer realized. That greater distance feeds that illusion. They weren't fighters of course, but held their own with the best of it's era...which started almost 70 years ago...I salute you, Avro Vulcan. I'm on the other side of the pond, and we still have our B-52's with lot's of newer model bombers thrown in. Damn fine plane as well, not as cool looking as the V, but just as loud and you didn't want to be underneath it at crunch time. It did its job well, too, and still does.
