Those first commercials are a total crock. You'd have to be blind, deaf, and have flippers for hands to think Crash 1, a linear platformer with pnly a handful of tilesets, was better than Mario 64, which is about exploration and has much more varied environments.

If you listen closely in the song, you can hear a “whee” from banjo kazooie. It’s the noise crash makes when he jumps using the jump pad (it can also be heard in mumbo’s mountain)
