It is actually. Not only its by Valve too - u see a lot of skills that inspired from dota and even the playerbase is feels like they all dota players (yes toxic af and a lot of russian language). But the missing overview of the fight is hard imo. Makes fun to play anyway.

When I remember right I also said it after. After I remind him we need more figs and he replied, I thought he will pump them soon - it was not like he said, "no I will not build anymore fighters" and I ignore that fact. But yes from my pov it's a gamble. Anyway it's not cool cause he force me out of my position and slow me down when I have to start build massive AA instead of keeping up the eco race vs. enemy eco. I just don't like that idc mindset in a team game - at least communicate your plan, but it's hard to tell your team "Build all massive aa, I will not build figs, I will build faster Afu than our eco!" ^^. Most sad thing is it worked out for him - but imo only cause enemy team throw it after.

@Anonicx I don’t disagree that his failure to communicate was a problem, but also his reoly was "let me get AFUS first" which is essentially the same thing as "I'd rather throw the game" lol

U know the feeling, when someone does something bad and u hope he get punished for it, even when it hurts urself? But in this case the complete opposite happend - I got bombed and he still won the game. Life is unfair xD

There is no greater plan behind it - I'm just noob ^^. Metal should be always spend to eco or units, but sometimes it's hard for me to micro units and balance my eco. Some games I handle it better, some games I'm overflowing a lot.

@@Anonicx I understand. I have seen a lot of pros or near pros doing the mass building turrets strat. Basically make so much build power that you create a self building base. Making nuclear reactors for 25 sec instead of 2 mins. As long as they establish the lines they focus a lot on eco. I am a noob too. I only asked to make my gameplay better.

It's about a balance between metal, energy and buildpower - best way is to spectate a game from the view of a very good player (imo 40 OS +). My personal problem is, that many times there is soo much happening in a game, it overwhelms me and I f*up my base and scale very bad. My early and mid game is far better than my very late game. At least I know where I can still improve - but tryharding every game isnt my goal, also cause I stream and want to talk with viewers. Im a bad example to lern the game - better watch for fun and to see other struggling too with 10 apm gameskill x).

This capture stuff I never use and always forget its in the game, so weird. But maybe your right, would be an option there. Need to get used to it.

The main reason I made a pause was cause I started streaming - Dota isnt the best game to start with gaining confidence (always flaming and toxiticity in game, "complicated chat" and this time I started in German and in Germany LoL is much more popular than Dota - now I switched to english stream a short time ago). After a little bit experience with streaming I try Dota 2 again. Also to test the videos with KZbin. Let's see how it will go.
