For those wondering what will likely make this a luxury theme park, I have a few proposals. They may do something similar to Fantasy Springs in Tokyo Disneysea, where you have to bid and pay extreme prices just to enter a land- or in this case a theme park. Essentially, this theme park will be ridiculously exclusive to the wealthy and lucky.

They are missing the side panels and part of the toe trippers as well so they should feel slightly less cramped and make getting in and out a bit easier
