I fix my issue on my 2015 sierra I use one, rca male to aux male connection I just plug the rca from the back of the radio and the aux male connection to the original aux port under the armrest

Hello, I have been trying to reach your customer service for the past couple of days and have been unsuccessful. Sometime last week my air conditioning controls stopped working. I have been trying to fix it myself for the past couple of days but I have yet to figure it out. I’ve searched all over Google and KZbin to see what settings I need to make it but I haven’t found anything. I noticed that my time and date was wrong when this issue started so I think it somehow got reset or something along those lines. Anything you can do to help would be greatly appreciated it’s over 100 degrees everyday where I live and I’ve been pouring sweat everyday I go to work and leave. Thank you.
