it requires an additional planar joint between the track and the cylinder in order to work. Create an offset plane in the cylinder equal to its radius

Debal Saha Try this! Force tangency between Wheel and Path. - In Wheel sketch select circle and path line and use [Constraints Defined in Dialog box] icon to force tangency. (same used to make coincidence between point and Wheel) - Update product1 in DMU Kinematics - Update product 1 in Assembly design - You must get DOF=0 in Simulation Tree
