Is this ohsa approved? Going one hand and foot off at the same time while ascending isn't technically adhering to "3 points of contact" right?

So many questions. First, why wouldn't you just hook both sets of hoses to your inlets while your their? Doesn't seem very efficient. Also, instead of wrapping your hose 6 times, just bring an extra double male and double female. Not to keen on twisting a hose which could potentially cause a huge kink when charged.

I didn't see him remove the caps, which would have 1 of the steps. If they were missing, code requires it to be flushed to make sure no debris has gotten into the piping that will cause it to become plugged when adding water from the pumper truck.

Not all that important unless it's a manual standpipe, or the fire pump has failed. If the sprinklers are so far beyond their design area, there's much bigger problems.
@garthpilkey59656 ай бұрын
FDC was used, as a technician I had to do follow up service to the fire alarm system after the fire dept had finished. FDC auto drain was plugged, it didn't take much to release it. Their added water pressure(water hammer) to the buildings system caused one of the parkade dry sprinkler valves to trip.

Yes. It's the max flowrate. Usually they use 2½" and split it into two on the FDC
