Saw you in Bristol with Travis, the next day, bought all of your albums!

I've only just discovered Hamish Hawk after they supported Travis at The City Hall Newcastle. Absolutely fantastic set which had so much energy. Just beautiful lyrics and musically brilliant from the whole band. I really hope this end to 2024 has spread the word and that their 2025 tour really launches them - it would be well deserved....more people need to hear them.

Everyone has experienced showing somebody something they really like and having that cringy feeling when they don't react to it the way you expect them to. Ppl are disappointed with Jerry here but what do you expect? When you quote lyrics at somebody, they're just words and it seems pretentious. The meaning comes from actually being in the emotional state to recieve them, not have someone just say them at you as you're eating lunch.
