Hey what was that second piece you pulled out??? I think I found that piece abandoned inside my fender bouncing around and filled with water. And mine appears to be metal. Was it attached to the stock intake??

Wolfbox is awesome. I did a ton of research on this stuff and these guys are the game. I will say after about a year, I've had to reboot it a few times. Kind of a rash but not a redline. By the way, I took a second camera and plugged it in for wheel placement in front and it works like a charm. I am riding solo thus no spotter on tougher terrain.

We’ve had ours for just over a year and it’s still doing great so far. That’s such a great idea for the wheel cam!

@DestinedforWild With your experience and word of mouth do you believe the 93/94 landcruiser is the best version of the landcruiser or if you could do it all over again would you consider a 95-97 model? I ask because I am going to be in the market for one of these in the coming months. Thanks for the cool content 👍

Don't worry about the engine being from two different metals, most of them are. I workt alot on these engines as a mechanic for a Subaru/Mitsubishi dealership and these 2.5ltrs have no problems with cracks or blowing gaskets for no reason, only leaky crankshaft seals at the front happen, especially with extended service intervals/use of cheap oil.

Definitely recommend! We got everything fixed on our Land crusier before we left as well but we think we got sand and dirt in the U joints which wore them down quicker and lead to this happening!

@DestinedforWild Жыл бұрын
Thank you! What are your recommendations?
@ignacios1562 Жыл бұрын
the country is huge, but for me the most beautiful part of it is patagonia, no doubt about it. The National Route 40 or Ruta 40 in spanish goes from north to south through the whole country. in that same route you have a portion called Ruta de los 7 lagos or seven lakes route between the towns of San Martín de los Andes and Villa La Angostura in the Neuquén Province, which is beautiful and filled with off road routes to heaven. If you keep going south on the same route you can find incredible off road paths in Bariloche as well, like in the Nahuel Huapi national park. A must see on any trip to Argentina is the astonishing mount Fitz Roy near El Chaltén (it's literally the mountain on the Patagonia brand logo) you reach there by going south in the same 40th route and go to santa cruz province, where you also have gorgeous glaciers like the Perito Moreno. Hope you guys have and awesome trip, Argentina is a land of Toyota and will treat you very well, reach out to me if you have any doubts and don´t forget to drink lots of wine!. cheers @@DestinedforWild
