Hey, yo! Congratulations. Well, you got find houses through real state apps or Facebook marketplace ( which can be safe and unsafe at the same time). For jobs, make a good resume and start applying through apps like Jora, Indeed, Seek, etc or go for walk ins. 🙂

Yes, you can work for 24 hours per week as a student ( while in studying), but during breaks, it's unlimited hours ( u can work as much as you can or want ).

Yes, it ain't difficult but you get 3-4 assignments in each unit. As for jobs, it can be hard but not impossible. 🙂

Great! 1. Well, check your email n register for orientation, and keep the ticket with you. 2. If you r planning to use public transport, carry some coins or use a smartrider card ( it can be Ur friend's ). 3. Be on time so that u don't miss the free merch they provide plus loads of info on wat to expect or do. . 4. Don't hesitate to ask for directions when u get. Anyone will help u. 5. Go to the student centre if u have doubts or trouble signing up for classes. 6. If u get hungry, go to IGA for some snacks on the go. 7. Carry ur driving licence or passport for ur student card. 8. Enjoy n good luck.✨️

Well it depends and it's different every people. You might get some ideas from your consultancy if you keep asking them. From my experience, some of my friends got it in 3 days, 1 week, 5, week and some even after 2-3 months. So I can't say for sure. 🤷
